Thank you for shopping at NANAVA FASHION STORE. All products are shipped from our Murrieta warehouse location in California. We do our best to process orders ASAP. However, we do ask for 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. Please be advised that shipping delays can occur.

Processing time

Please allow processing time maximum 2 business days and customers may receive items within 5-7 business days after processing time.

Address Accuracy

We want to make sure that your package is delivered to you promptly and without any issues. To help us achieve this, please take a moment to ensure that your address is accurately entered, including all the necessary information. It is important to use the appropriate abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable). This will greatly help us in ensuring that your package is delivered on time. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information entered during the purchase process.

Multiple Orders Consolidation

We would like to inform you that it is our standard practice to automatically combine multiple orders made by the same customer with the same shipping address. This helps streamline the shipping process and ensures more efficient delivery. Please keep this in mind when placing multiple orders, as they may be consolidated into a single shipment. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from nanavafashionstore.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Free Shipping

Occasionally, we offer a free shipping promotion with or without an announcement. Free shipping promotion may end at any time without announcement. Orders eligible for the free shipping promotion will ship via USPS or UPS or DHL eCommerce or FedEx. Free shipping promotion is only available to 48 contiguous states (and Washington DC) and not available to the non-contiguous states and territories. The non-contiguous states and territories are as follows: Alaska (AK), American Samoa (AS), Federated States of Micronesia (FM), Guam (GU), Hawaii (HI), Marshall Islands (MH), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Palau (PW), Puerto Rico (PR), US Virgin Islands (VI), Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP).

Delivery policy

If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. NANAVA FASHION STORE does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis.

Out of stock items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

Reserved rights regarding shipping

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, NANAVA FASHION STORE reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, NANAVA FASHION STORE reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, NANAVA FASHION STORE reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
